If a doctor has recommended a firmer level for varicose veins or venous disease, ask us about 20-30 mmHg instead.

Getting the size right
Sizing is by ankle and calf circumference and calf length, measured in the morning before swelling builds.
A sock that is too tight at the top digs in and acts like a tourniquet; one that is too loose does nothing at all. Come in and we will measure you properly.
Wearing them
Put them on first thing, before the legs swell. Replace every three to six months with regular wear, since the elastic tires and stops delivering the compression on the label.
