Bigger rear wheels than most
The rear wheels are 12.5 inch mag with polyurethane tires, larger than the small wheels on a typical indoor transport chair, with 8 inch front casters. That combination copes far better with pavement joints, kerb cuts and rough ground, which is why this one sits in the outdoor range. Neither wheel needs inflating, so there is nothing to check before setting off.
