The Victory Twin gets its name from its dual front wheels. Instead of the single front wheel of a three wheeler or the wide-set pair of a four wheeler, it runs two front wheels close together. The effect is a scooter that turns much like a three wheeler but resists tipping like a four, which is a genuine middle ground rather than a compromise.

If you have found three wheel scooters twitchy and four wheel scooters too wide to turn indoors, this is the configuration worth trying.

The lighting is the standout

Most scooters have a headlight. The Victory Twin has a full package: LED headlight, an automatic rear brake light that comes on when you slow, and turn signals. If the scooter is used on pavements alongside traffic, at dusk, or anywhere drivers need to read your intentions, signals matter more than almost anything else on the specification sheet. Very few scooters at this size have them.

Everyday handling

The delta tiller has wraparound handles, so it drives with either hand and you can rest a wrist on the handle rather than gripping continuously, which makes a long outing much less tiring. The seat rotates through eight positions on a pinchless hinge, so getting on and off does not mean climbing over it. An LED battery meter shows the charge at a glance.

Feather-touch disassembly separates the frame with one hand for transport, though as with any full size scooter, check what the heaviest piece weighs before assuming it will go in a car.
