About this product
The Human Care Roomer is a ceiling lift motor that rides on an overhead track and can be moved from room to room. A person is lifted from bed, chair or bath in a sling and moved along the track, so the carer does not have to lift or pivot them by hand.
Where the track stops at a doorway, the lift can be passed across to the track on the other side. That means one lift can serve more than one room without cutting into door headers. It suits families and care teams who want ceiling lift transfers but do not need a motor fixed in every room.
