Tranquility Male Guards
Cup-shaped pads designed for men, worn inside your own underwear for light to moderate loss.
Why this one
Shaped for men
Cup-shaped for male anatomy, where standard pads put the absorbent area in the wrong place.
The right first step
For light to moderate loss a guard is usually all that is needed, rather than a full brief.
Worn in your own underwear
Fixes inside ordinary underwear with an adhesive strip, so nothing about how you dress changes.
Discreet in use
Discreet under clothing and easy to change in a public washroom, which matters if you are still working.
Often a temporary need
Common after prostate surgery or with an enlarged prostate, and frequently temporary.
52 per bag
Supplied 52 to a bag with two bags per box, so a bag lasts a fortnight at around four a day.
About this product
Tranquility Male Guards, supplied 52 to a bag. A shaped pad worn inside your own underwear, designed for men.
Shaped for male anatomy
Most light incontinence pads are designed around female anatomy and simply do not work well for men. The absorbent area is in the wrong place, and men who try them often conclude that pads do not work and move to a full brief they do not need.
A male guard is cup-shaped and sits differently. For light to moderate loss it is usually all that is required.
Why this matters for what men actually buy
Light urinary loss in men is common, particularly after prostate surgery or with an enlarged prostate, and it is frequently temporary.
Going straight to a pull-on brief for a problem a guard would handle is a large step down in dignity for no clinical reason, and it costs more. If the loss is light, start here.
Worn in your own underwear
It fixes inside ordinary underwear with an adhesive strip, so nothing about how you dress changes. It is discreet under clothing and can be changed in a public washroom without difficulty, which matters for anyone still working or travelling.
When a guard is not enough
If it is leaking, first check it is being positioned correctly and changed often enough. If loss is genuinely heavier, move to pull-on underwear rather than using two guards.
And if this started recently, mention it to a doctor. Male incontinence is often treatable, and after prostate surgery it frequently improves with pelvic floor exercises.
Pack
52 guards per bag, with two bags to a box.
