Briefs rather than pull-on underwear
These fasten at the sides with tabs, which means they can be changed while someone is lying down, without standing them up or taking anything over their feet.
That is the reason to choose a brief. If the person is mobile and manages their own toileting, pull-on underwear is usually more dignified and easier. If they are being helped, spend much of the day in bed or a chair, or need higher absorbency, briefs are considerably more practical for whoever is providing care.
The tabs are also refastenable, so the fit can be checked and adjusted without wasting the product.
Skin is the point of the ProSkin range
The name is not marketing. Skin that stays damp breaks down quickly, and moisture combined with pressure is what turns manageable incontinence into a wound.
These are designed to move moisture away from the skin and to maintain a skin-friendly pH rather than simply hold liquid. For anyone sitting or lying for long periods, that matters as much as the absorbency figure.
Use them alongside gentle cleansing wipes and a barrier cream, and change promptly rather than waiting for the product to reach capacity. We stock all three.

Get the size right before changing absorbency
Most leaks are a fit problem, not an absorbency problem. A brief that is too large leaks around the legs however absorbent it is, and one too small is uncomfortable and leaks at the waist.
Size by hip and waist measurement. If it is leaking, check the fit first and ask us before moving up an absorbency level.
