About this product
The Atlas VISTA is a vertical platform lift used inside and outside homes and buildings alike, built in North America for the demands of a Canadian climate. It carries up to 750 lbs on a 36" x 54" platform and rises up to 64 inches, with straight through access so there is no turning around on the platform.
The Acme screw drive gives a smooth, quiet ride with little vibration. Installation is straightforward, since the VISTA needs no mechanical room, no drain and no overhead clearance and so goes into an existing entrance without structural work. Most installations are completed in under a day, and production and delivery can be as quick as three weeks depending on the options selected.
Safety runs through the design. An underpan detection system stops the platform if there is an obstacle beneath it, and the lift carries two emergency stop buttons, a manual emergency lowering hand wheel and an audible alarm. It is certified to CSA B613 and B355, and to ASME A17.1 and A18.1.
Sizing and options
The VISTA is quoted to suit the entrance. Platform finishes, gate arrangements, power supply and a fully enclosed version are all available, so an assessment is the first step. Contact us to arrange one.
