Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) (1)

ODSP provides financial and health-related support to eligible individuals living with disabilities in Ontario. Through its partnership with the Assistive Devices Program (ADP), ODSP recipients can receive 100% coverage for approved mobility and medical equipment, eliminating the standard 25% co-payment required by ADP.

Devices covered include:

  • Manual and power wheelchairs
  • Mobility scooters
  • Walkers and pediatric mobility aids
  • Power add-ons for manual wheelchairs
  • Positioning devices (e.g., cushions, tilt and recline systems)
  • Forearm crutches and standers
  • Batteries and essential repairs for mobility devices

ODSP also covers assessments and supports repairs outside regular hours when necessary. This ensures individuals have continuous access to safe and functional mobility solutions without financial burden.
