Message to therapists and team leads
From: Saeed Teskie, CEO, Help Mobility
To: Community Partners, Therapists, and Team Leads
Date: January 26th, 2026
Dear partner,
I am writing to share our vision for 2026 and address a few concerns and inaccurate statements that have recently circulated regarding our organization.
Our Vision for 2026
Help Mobility continues to grow steadily, expanding our market presence across the GTA and throughout Ontario. Our structure is built around four specialized sales departments, each focused on serving its market with professionalism, expertise, and timely support:
1. Direct Team (B2C):
Supports clients through our showrooms, sales offices, and call centre, handling both sales and rentals.
2. Community Therapists Team:
Builds strong partnerships with community therapists to deliver high‑quality service at fair, accessible rates for our mutual clients.
3. Retirement Homes Team:
A steadily growing division over the past four years, now supporting more than 100 retirement homes across the GTA.
4. Long-Term Care Homes Team:
Launched in 2025, this team focuses on serving nursing homes and strengthening relationships within the LTC sector.
Through these combined efforts, we have proudly supported more than 14,000 clients and their families, and we look forward to continuing this momentum in 2026.
Addressing Recent Concerns
We have become aware that a small number of therapists and team leads within the industry have shared inaccurate information about Help Mobility. Unfortunately, none of these individuals have contacted us directly for clarification before escalating their concerns. Below is a summary of the key topics raised and our response.
1. Conflict of Interest & Client Privacy
Some have suggested that our sales and submission processes involve conflicts of interest or do not comply with the policies of various funding programs. These claims are unfounded.
We want to reiterate the following:
- We ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Regarding March of Dimes Canada, our management team participated in multiple meetings and communications throughout 2025 and 2026 with leadership at the Home and Vehicle Modification Program (HVMP).
- In January 2026, HVMP confirmed that our submission process is 100% compliant with their internal policies.
- We maintain strict data‑privacy standards. All client information and documentation are stored securely, supported by regular internal and external audits.
2. Root Cause of the Misinformation
We believe these misunderstandings stem largely from miscommunication and limited awareness of the scale of our operations.
While we work successfully with dozens of therapists across the community, the individuals raising concerns have not contacted Help Mobility at any point to verify or discuss the claims being circulated.
3. Client Influence
This industry is grounded in one core principle: client choice.
We have documented several cases where clients reported being influenced away from choosing Help Mobility based on inaccurate statements. We take this seriously. Moving forward, we reserve the right to escalate such cases to the appropriate regulatory bodies through our legal team.
4. An Invitation to Connect
We genuinely value collaboration and open communication. As we continue to grow, we want to ensure clarity, alignment, and strong working relationships across the industry.
We warmly invite you, and your teams, to connect with us directly to discuss any questions or concerns. You are also welcome to visit our headquarters in Mississauga and meet our dedicated team of over 25 members.
